With the exception of driveway and parking lot approaches, Lake Washington Boulevard and 99th Ave. sidewalks and curbs are now complete. 99th Ave. paving and work along the LWB shoulder will occur early this fall. Installation of rockery retaining walls are nearly 50% complete, and this work will continue for next few months. This will be followed this fall by final landscaping along the waterfront, the natural areas and the ravine.
After an MBNA meeting with city officials and police about issues of common interest, the representatives of the Whalers Cove and The Vue condominiums (between 99th and 100th avenues on Lake Washington Blvd.) sent a letter to Bellevue City Manager Brad Miyake with the following concerns:

Lake Washington Boulevard utility work is now complete following the installation of the new street lights. The removal of the old power poles along LWB is expected later this week.
